Cannot connect to hub M2 the Aqara Led bulb t2 (e27,rgb)

Hi all,
I have a Hub M2 and I have connected several Aqara device.
Now I have bought the Aqara Led bulb T2 but I do not succeed to connect it to my Aqara HUB. Hub firmware is updated, the bulb seems in binding mode. I have tried to reset the bulb with switch on/off 10times + 5times and I selected both the Magic-pair or the ZigBee network access but always without any success. The Aqara homer app is update. I kept the M2 hub close as 10cm but it did not help.

Can anyone help on this ?

ok, problem solved contacting the Aqara Technical Support. They told me how to convert from Thread to Zigbee protocol that is ok with my M2 Hub.
