Hi after i updated the aqara app and google home app, it seems like the connection of aqara to google home was lost. I unlinked aqara from google home and tried linking back but i cant. On aqara side, it says network request error!!!Pls help.
Same here Italy. Aqara is not joining to Alexa since yesterday at 17 pm. Network error -500
No luck in the US either. I’ve been trying for weeks.
The first failures were network errors. Now I can complete the steps but the linked app is “Simple security system” and it does nothing. See attached screenshot.
I’ve unlinked and relinked many times. I purged cache and storage data. Checked location settings, and so one. It feels like a region issue, but I can’t figure it out.
