Does anyone know why I can’t bind my U100 to my M100? When I first bought the M100 I could bind the 2 through the app, but at some point (no idea when since I don’t regularly open the app) it became unbound. Now when I try to bind it, it doesn’t work. Any ideas on what I can do?

Do you mean you can bind this 2 devices at the first time but can’t do it now?

Do you mean it drops offline? Have you tried remove the U100 in the M100 and bind it again?

Yes that’s correct.

I’ve removed the u100 a few times and it won’t bind again. If I tap on the M100 in the app and try binding from the menu there, it tells me to press the Set button on the u100, but the Set button only works if I reset my U100 and try to set it up as a new device again.
