In the Aqara App the Connect to Ecosystems there is an option for Apple Home. When Apple Home is selected; Name Sync Apple Sync to Aqara seems to work but Aqara Sync to Apple results in message “Failed to sync corresponding device cards.” I have tried everything including full reset of the Aquara Thermostat and a start over… I have tried all of the suggestions can’t get Aqara device into Apple Home. Sometimes I get message that the phone is not on the same network which is totally inaccurate as I see both devices on my Unifi Network and other than using different wifi technology (i.e WiFi 5 for Aqara and WiFi 7 for phone) they are on the same WiFi. What should I try now?
Try opening the Aqara app, select Accessories (bottom of screen) locate your Thermostat Hub W200 tap into it. Tap 3 dots … (top right) scroll down to Third-Party Matter Ecosystems- Tap Connect on Apple Home.
The other menu you were using is for other uses.

It is possible that the name you are using in Aqara Home cannot be synchronized with HomeKit, or there may be other reasons for the issue. Try changing the device name and checking again. If the problem persists, please contact support.
