Hi, I’ve just bought a G410 Doorbell and I’m pretty happy with it so far. Unfortunately, when I try to link to Alexa, I see the following message in the Alexa App. Can anyone advise on what I need to do to get this operating. Without Alexa, this product pretty much becomes redundant for me?

For the issue of connecting with Alexa, please check this topic. Setting up devices such as H2 Switch EU and T2 Bulb in Alexa, using Zigbee connection to Aqara Hub
For the account logging issue, I’ll recommend you download the Aqara Home app, check the region and try again.
All of a sudden, it magically started working. I spent a weekend on this. How frustrating
