Hi all! I have this issue: I purchased Aqara M100 hub from US amazon, most probably it is US (or global) version.
I also purchased E1 Blind Motor from China (ebay), as they don’t exist for US market. E1 seller noted I need to use China region.
When I switch Aqara home app to China Mainland region, I immediately can’t find M100 hub. M100 is easily detected when I’m in US region, but nothing can be found in China region.
Can I actually switch to China region the M100 that I bought in the US? If yes, what do I do wrong?

Your motor really won’t work in the US region in the app.
To use the M100 in the Mainland China region, you need to remove it from the region in which it is currently added, select the Mainland China region in the application, and add the hub to the application.
If the M100 hub does not find it, try resetting the network ( pressing the button for 10 seconds) or completely resetting the hub to factory settings (pressing the hub button 10 times (quickly)).
Make sure that you are using a 2.4 GHz wifi, and if possible, turn off the 5 GHz wifi for a while.
Try changing the region to US and making sure that the hub is detected in the magic pair.
If the options I have suggested do not work, please contact customer support support@aqara.com . It is possible that the hub cannot be used in the Mainland China region due to regional restrictions, or that it is stuck on a server in China.

@aqaranewbie The Mainland China version of the M100 Hub can only connect to Mainland China servers; the overseas version of the M100 Hub can only connect to overseas servers and cannot connect to Mainland China servers.
