I have an Aqara feeder and a smart big button (old model). I also have a sphinx, a little stupid but very cute and playful.
I made an automation for him, if you press it, the food will fall.
How happy he is when I give him this button, he chases it around the whole room and looks to see if anything has fallen. And when it falls, there is no limit to his joy. He almost guessed how it works, once I gave him a button and went somewhere on business, and he poured a whole plate. I had to cut the dose and give the button only as a nice bonus “toy” for him.
The button is large without a core, I bought it back in 2019. I managed to capture a moment of happiness, watch the video.
