CCU3 Security Settings and Backup Issues

I recently set up a new CCU3 and encountered some challenges with the backup process and security settings. Here’s what happened:

  1. Initial Setup: I installed the latest firmware and created a new admin user with a password. Everything seemed to work fine at first.

  2. Backup Attempt: I tried to restore a backup from my old CCU1. The CCU1 was completely powered off, including the battery. When I attempted the backup restore, I received an error message: ‘There was a problem restoring the backup.’

  3. Security Settings Issue: After the backup failed, I noticed that I could no longer access the ‘Security’ tab under Settings > System Control. Clicking on it just freezes the browser window.

  4. Troubleshooting: I reset the CCU3 to factory settings multiple times, including resetting the network settings, but the issue persisted. I also tried accessing the device via its IP address, but it redirected me back to the homepage.

  5. Seeking Help: I’m not sure what else to try. Has anyone encountered a similar issue with the CCU3’s security settings or backup process? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
