I’m thrilled to share that I’ve reached a milestone of 50 followers on this platform! This wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support from the community, especially from @Waeyne and everyone else who’s been part of this journey. It’s amazing to be part of such a vibrant and helpful group, especially in the Govee community where sharing ideas and learning from each other is so rewarding.
Speaking of sharing, I’ve been experimenting with the Wyze Sense as a deadbolt sensor, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my smart home setup. I created a custom bracket to mount it, and it’s been working like a charm. If you’re looking for a cost-effective and easy-to-install solution, I highly recommend checking it out!
On another note, I’ve been diving into the world of ESPHome to control my underfloor heating system. It’s been a steep learning curve, but I’ve managed to set up a system where the pump activates when any of the 10 valve relays turn on. The challenge now is figuring out how to ensure the pump turns off only when all valves are inactive. If anyone has tips or experiences to share, I’d love to hear them!
