I’ve reached out to technical support, and they’ve been helpful, but they keep pointing towards a network issue. However, running the RouteThisHelps app three times confirmed that my network is fine. I’m curious if others have experienced similar issues or if there’s a workaround or a definitive solution. Is this a hardware problem, or could it be related to the time of day? Tado X Thermostat Mystery
On another note, I’ve encountered a peculiar issue with my Tado X radiator thermostat. It randomly thinks it’s unmounted, causing the heat to skyrocket. This has happened twice now in different rooms, and it’s quite alarming. The app doesn’t even send an alarm, which is concerning. I’ve had similar thermostats before, and they never had this problem. I’m wondering if this is a common issue or if there’s a way to prevent it from happening. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you resolve it?

Both issues have been quite frustrating, but I’m determined to find a resolution.
