Changed Battery in Door/Win Sensor and Temp/Humidity Sensor

Hello,
I just changed the batteries in both my Door/Windor Sensor and my Temp/Humidity Sensor. When I look in the Aqara app under the Consumables tab neither are showing correctly. The door/win sensor the battery status is showing as “unknown”. The temp/humidity sensor is still showing the low battery status like before.

I have restarted my m3 hub several times as well as removed the devices and re-added them. I’ve refreshed the page in the app as well as closed the app and reopened. Any other suggestions on what I can do to correct this?

Note: When I look in the Apple Home app, the battery status for both shows 100%. Also, both seem to be working properly in both apps. As an example, the door/win sensor shows open or closed properly.
