I have turned off the tamper alarm but the doorbell keeps buzzing after changing batteries. Then I uninstall it from the app. This could be a failure step because it still keeps buzzing and I can’t install it by scanning the QR code. Any help.

Friend, please provide a video of the doorbell continuously alarming for me to confirm if it is a hardware issue. At the same time, you can send me or Aqara official customer service your Aqara Home account to confirm if your app’s settings are correct.
