Happy Holidays everyone! As we gear up for the festive season, I wanted to share my experience setting up the Christmas lights for our lakeside event. It’s been a fun project, and I’d love to hear how others are getting into the holiday spirit!
This year, I decided to go all out with the lighting setup. I’ve been working on matching the paint job with the car’s wheels, painting the calipers, and even installing a new exhaust system. It’s been a labor of love, but seeing the final result makes it all worth it! 
However, I’ve also been diving into the world of home automation, and I’ve hit a bit of a snag. I’m trying to set up an automation where certain lights turn on if my alarm is triggered. The question is, should I use “any intrusion sensor” or “SYSTEM” as the event trigger? I’m not entirely sure about the differences between these two options. If anyone has some insights, I’d really appreciate the help! 
On a lighter note, I’ve also been experimenting with some DIY projects, like creating candy cane-themed decorations and red and green fading lights. It’s been a great way to get creative and add some festive flair to the home.
