Christmas is just around the corner, and I’m so excited to share my latest smart home project with the community! 
This year, I decided to fully integrate my Christmas lights with my smart home system, and I have to say, it’s been a game-changer!
I’ve been using Govee’s RGBIC floor lamps and string lights to create a festive ambiance, and they’ve exceeded my expectations. The ability to control the colors and brightness through my phone app is amazing. Plus, their energy efficiency is a huge plus during the holiday season when lights are on for longer periods.

By setting up voice commands, I can now say, “Alexa, turn on the Christmas lights” or “Alexa, set the lights to festive mode,” and everything changes in an instant. It’s perfect for entertaining guests or just setting the mood for family gatherings. 
I also wanted to mention the importance of choosing the right smart plugs for holiday decorations. After some research, I found that the Tuya Zigbee plugs work seamlessly with my setup and provide reliable energy monitoring. They’ve helped me keep track of my energy usage without any hiccups, which is especially useful during the busy holiday season.
