I use Aqara M3 Hub and Aqara U200. I also got the temperature sensors and Senzot w100.
can I use the buttons to unlock and lock the U200 as a scene or something like that?

If you have not linked the W100 to the thermostat then you can use the +, -, central buttons for automations. Also for unlocking the U200 lock.
