Hello everyone, I’m currently planning a smart home project and would love to hear your experiences and thoughts on a specific setup. My project involves installing IP Wired in a new building, with a focus on integrating heating and temperature control systems. Specifically, I’m looking to use the HmIP-FALMOT-C12 motorized valves for underfloor heating and the HmIPW-WTH wall thermostat for temperature control, all managed by a CCU3 central control unit.
I have a few questions and concerns about this setup:
-
Motorized Valves Performance: How have others experienced the HmIP-FALMOT-C12 in terms of energy efficiency, noise levels, and overall reliability? Any tips on optimizing their performance would be greatly appreciated.
-
Thermostat Integration: Since the HmIPW-WTH doesn’t directly connect to the HmIP-FALMOT-C12, have there been any issues with communication or control? Is there a recommended workaround or best practice for this configuration?
-
System Reliability: Would you recommend this setup based on your experiences? Are there any potential pitfalls or areas where I should be cautious?
I’m particularly interested in hearing from those who have successfully implemented a similar system or encountered challenges that they were able to overcome. Your insights would be invaluable as I move forward with this project!
Looking forward to your thoughts and experiences. Best regards, Stefan
