Configure hysteresis, temperature offset w/ Matter over Thread (W500, W600)

I would like to see support for the configuration of hysteresis, temperature offsets via Matter over Thread in the firmware for the W500 and W600 devices. We know these devices are capable of storing these parameters in Zigbee mode, so it’s a matter of exposing this functionality.

This would allow users that do not use Aqara’s hubs or app to configure their thermostats over Matter, for example from Home Assistant.

I have filed an issue with Aqara support and will update this thread if I hear back. If you have interest in this feature, or found a workaround, please chime in.

I am also interested.
At worst, if certain functions do not exist in the Matter specifications, it is always possible to create a custom cluster and integrate the functions into a future version of the specifications.

I fully agree. Most of the attributes are already part of the Matter specification. Vendors just need to expose them.

The temperature offset and valve position attributes are already on the list of open topics.

Can you think of any more attributes that would be nice to have?
