I’ve recently embarked on a smart home project that’s both exciting and a bit challenging. I’ve installed a Heatmeiser water-based underfloor heating system in my kitchen, which is fantastic, but I still have traditional Honeywell thermostats controlling the radiators in the rest of my home. To manage everything efficiently, I purchased a wired thermostat for the underfloor heating and a V3+ Starter Kit with a wireless receiver and thermostat. I also added some radiator valves to fine-tune the system.
However, my builder mentioned that connecting both the underfloor heating and the radiators to the same wireless receiver isn’t possible. This has left me a bit puzzled. Is there a workaround or a smarter way to integrate both systems without needing separate receivers? I’m really hoping to find a solution that keeps my setup clean and efficient.
