Connecting Vision Security A/C Siren (ZSS02) - Any Tips?

Hey everyone, I’m trying to connect my Vision Security A/C Siren (ZSS02) to my smart home setup, but I’m running into some issues. I’ve used this device before with a Fibaro hub, and it worked perfectly, but now with Homey, I’m stuck.

Here’s what happens: I go into the Homey app, select ‘add device,’ and press the function button on the siren. The hub seems to acknowledge the command and moves to the next step, which is the same as the first—press the button for at least one second. After that, the app shows it’s processing the device onboarding, but it fails after a while.

Has anyone else experienced this? I’m really hoping to get this working because it’s such a reliable device. Any troubleshooting steps or known fixes would be super helpful! Thanks in advance for your advice and support! :pray:
