Continuing connection issues with Apple Home

Hi Everyone.
Has anyone else experienced no response issues in Apple home.
Five or more Aqara products having the no response in Apple home yet using the Aqara app works perfectly. I tried rebooting phone switching on and off resetting and reconnecting a car products and finding out it’s actually Apple home. That seems to be the problem and not the Aqara products.
If you have any ideas or solutions, could you please let us know? Thank you. Christopher.

You need to reboot your Apple smart home center (homepod or apple tv).
If you don’t have a smart home center, then you can only control devices in Homekit while in a local network. When leaving the local network (your home), the devices will be offline.
Rebooting the router can also help.

Thank you for your response. I have tried Apple TV., all my HomePods and the router it’s okay for a few weeks and then I’m getting there no response again.

Check if you have automatic selection of home center apple, disable this function and select home center manually.
This should help in solving the problem.
The best choice is apple tv connected by wire.

Make sure that your AH home center is connected with ethernet. Its more stable than wifi.
