Control IR Signals from Hub M4, in the HomeKit App?

Hi, I have an Aqara smart Hub M200 with IR control. Can I trigger an IR signal directly from Apple Home/HomeKit,for example, I would like to have a button in the HomeKit app that, when pressed, tells the Aqara Hub M4 to send a specific IR signal.

It would be nice to use this to control the colors of my LED lights.

Is this possible with the current Aqara/HomeKit integration, or is there some workaround to make it work?

Only with Scenes.
You can create a scene, that triggers an IR signal and then expose it to HomeKit.

Assuming you mean M3 (not sure if other hubs support it), then if you pair to Apple Home using Matter you can use the Matter Scene and Signal Sync to do this just like KingDando says. You can set this up under the Profile > Connect to Ecosystems >Matter > Scene & Signal Sync.
