CoRE Piston Setup for Smart Dimmer Control

I’m excited to share my journey with the CoRE platform and how I’m trying to optimize my smart home setup. I recently purchased a smart dimmer switch and wanted to create a scenario where tapping the switch once turns it on to a preset brightness, and tapping it again increases the brightness to 100%. This would be incredibly convenient for adjusting lighting levels without manually sliding the dimmer each time.

However, I’ve hit a snag in setting this up. I can’t seem to find a condition in CoRE that listens for the ‘On’ command when the switch is already active. I’ve tried searching forums and tutorials, but nothing quite matches my use case. Has anyone successfully implemented something similar?

I’m curious if there’s a workaround or a specific piston configuration that could achieve this behavior. Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated! I’m eager to crack this puzzle and make my lighting setup even smarter. Thanks in advance for your help!
