My goal is to create a versatile entertainment room that can handle streaming, gaming, and even karaoke sessions—all managed seamlessly by a smart assistant, preferably Google Assistant.
My setup includes a Google TV, an amplifier, smart switches, a karaoke system, a Nintendo Switch, and a PlayStation. I want to integrate all these devices into one cohesive system. For example, when I switch to the Nintendo Switch, the TV input should automatically change to HDMI, and the sound system should use ARC. Similarly, for karaoke, I need the TV input to switch to the amplifier, turn on the karaoke system, and set the amplifier input accordingly.
I’m new to this level of integration and haven’t found much discussion about adding a karaoke system to a smart home theatre. I’m seeking advice on how to achieve this, especially regarding how to use the smart assistant to control the amplifier inputs and sound settings.
