Hi everyone, I’m new to the forum and I’m really excited to dive into the world of smart home automation. I recently set up a garden office and decided to go all out with my lighting setup. I have six sets of lights, and I’m trying to create some really cool scenes using different colors like indigo, blue, red, and green. It’s been a fun project so far, but I’m hitting a bit of a snag.
I’ve been using Bluetooth scenes to save these color combinations, but I’m not entirely sure if that’s the best approach. I’ve heard that scenes can sometimes lose their color settings, and I want to make sure my setup is reliable. Does anyone have experience with this? Are there specific brands or methods that work better for maintaining color scenes?
I’ve tried a few different things, like adjusting the brightness and color temperature manually, but it’s not as seamless as I hoped. I’m also curious if there are any apps or integrations that can help automate these scenes even further. For example, having the lights shift colors based on the time of day or even my mood!
I’d love to hear from anyone who’s tackled a similar project. What tools or techniques did you find most effective? Any tips for ensuring consistent color performance across multiple lights? I’m really looking forward to getting this right and can’t wait to share the final result with the community. Thanks in advance for your insights and advice!
