Cube Alexa Issue

All my other Aqara devices are working fine with Alexa.

I recently added the Aqara Cube. The Cube connects successfully to Alexa, but Alexa doesn’t run the routine when it’s triggered by the Cube.

The routine works perfectly when I test it manually in the Alexa app. However, when I physically trigger the action using the Cube, Alexa does not respond or execute the routine.
