I have linked M100 and Curtain driver E1.
But I have problem with Automation.
I would like in set time open curtain.
I created one automation - wake up (at 6:00).
The trouble is, that everything seems set correctly, but automation doesnt work at specified time.
I have If conditon (timing every day 06:00) then condition Close (aquara curtain driver) acting time 00:01-23:59 every day.
When I use button preview, this automation will run correctly. But at set time (06:00) nothing happend.
Automation wake up is enabled and as I wrote, everything seems correctly.
Can you help me, where could the problem be?

@strnad_osobni It sounds like you’re experiencing some frustration with setting up your automation for the Curtain Driver E1. From what you’ve described, everything seems to be set up correctly, but the automation isn’t triggering at the specified time. Here are a few steps you might consider to troubleshoot this issue:
-
Automation Setup: Ensure that the automation is correctly set up with the condition to open the curtain at 6:00 AM. It seems like you have it set to “Close” instead of “Open” at that time, so double-check that particular detail.
-
Time Settings: Verify that the time settings on your Aqara Home app and the device itself are correctly synced with your local time. Sometimes discrepancies in time zones or clock settings can cause automations to not trigger as expected.
-
Restart Devices: Try restarting both the M100 and the Curtain Driver E1. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
-
Recreate Automation: If the problem persists, consider deleting the current automation and creating a new one from scratch. This can help clear out any potential glitches in the initial setup.
-
Firmware and App Updates: Make sure both the Aqara Home app and the firmware for your devices are updated to the latest versions. Updates can fix bugs and improve functionality.
-
Contact Support: If none of these solutions work, it might be best to reach out to Aqara support for further assistance. They can provide more detailed troubleshooting steps specific to your setup.
Hopefully, one of these suggestions will help get your automation working as expected. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask. It’s always great to see the community come together to help solve these tech challenges!
@strnad_osobni I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with your Curtain Driver E1 automation. For automation not triggering as expected, a common troubleshooting step is to delete the automation and set it up again to have a try. If the issue persists after reconfiguring, please email us at support@aqara.com.
Since the preview works, it might be a temporary glitch in the automation setup. Let us know if re-setting it helps, and we can keep troubleshooting together!
@strnad_osobni It sounds like you’ve done a good job setting up the automation, especially since the preview works. For automation not triggering as scheduled, a common troubleshooting step is to delete the automation and set it up again to try resolving potential glitches .
If re-setting it still doesn’t work, you can also double-check if the “acting time” (00:01-23:59) might be conflicting with the timing condition, though that range should cover 6:00. Since the preview runs correctly, the core logic is likely fine, so reconfiguring could help.
If the issue persists, feel free to email support@aqara.com for further assistance .
Hope this helps get your morning curtain automation working smoothly!
