Does anyone else have the issue of the curtain drivers getting stuck and not opening/closing completely? Any tips on how to fix it?

What model of curtain motor do you have? Please record a short video showing how it works.
Hi! I’m away from home for a bit so I unfortunately cannot film a video at the moment, but I have the Curtain Driver E1 Track Version
You need to recalibrate, perhaps the motor (wheel) does not fit tightly to the cornice.
