Hi everyone, I’ve been exploring the world of custom ROM development for my smartwatch and came across TizenOS. It’s fascinating to think about building my own ROM from scratch, but I’m not sure where to start. If anyone has experience with this or knows of any resources, I’d love to hear your insights!
On another note, I’ve been experimenting with smart lighting solutions around my home. I recently replaced several ceiling fans and lights with GOVEE bulbs, and I’m blown away by their performance and customization options. However, I’ve noticed that some newer fixtures use A15 and candleabra bulbs, which aren’t as widely supported in smart lighting setups. I’d love to see more options from GOVEE for these bulb types!
For those interested in automation, I’ve been working on a system to control my window covers based on light conditions. My current setup uses LUX sensors and sun azimuth data to automatically open or close the covers. It’s been working well, but I’m facing an issue where the automation doesn’t trigger multiple times when the LUX values fluctuate. If anyone has tips on how to make this more responsive, I’d appreciate it!
Lastly, I’ve been curious about integrating more devices from different brands into my ecosystem. It’s been a bit of a challenge, but I’m determined to find a seamless solution. If anyone has successfully integrated multiple brands or has advice on the best approach, please share!
Looking forward to hearing from the community and learning from your experiences!
