Hi, a quick question regards decoupled mode. On a H1 double rocker with no neutral. If both switches are in decoupled mode and in theory only have a live feed and no load wires. Then does decoupled mode still work?

I have a similar query that you may be able to help with.
I’ve got a double like yourself, only difference is I am powering 1 light so for the live and 1x load but the 2nd switch I want decoupled to use as just a button. However can I hell get it to work.
Annoyingly it will work if I don’t decouple it. But I can’t imagine it is very electrically safe considering I don’t have a load attached to that button.
The no neutral switches work without neutral by allowing a very small current through. Because, effectively, the L1 (and L2) is the neutral.
You will see that some very sensitive devices will still be dimly lit because of this, but most lights will be just off.
So the decoupled mode does not change anything - it should work as expected with or without the neutral.
