Anybody else having issues with their motion sensor turning off almost immediately? It won’t stay on for more than 10 seconds. It was connected to a surge protector so it has to be the device not working because of it’s own design. I tried to go to the customer service but it’s all in another language. I tried typing but it keeps saying server busy. Is the company still operational? Someone please help.

We’re talking about the presence sensor, as only Aqara’s sensors are powered by electricity; all motion sensors are battery-powered. You’ll need to replace the power supply if the device turns off.
