DIY Camera Adapter and New Binding Project

Hey everyone! I wanted to share a couple of exciting projects I’ve been working on recently. First off, I created a simple adapter to mount my Wyze Cam V2 on a tripod. It’s been a lifesaver for adjusting the camera angle without any modifications. The adapter uses a 1/4x20 screw engagement, which is pretty standard, so it should work with most tripods out there. I included some pictures in my previous post if anyone wants to give it a try. It’s a straightforward DIY project that only took a few hours, and it’s been really useful for getting the perfect camera angle in my setup.

On another note, I’ve been diving into the world of open-source bindings for Home Assistant. I came across a project for the Easee EV charger and decided to give it a shot. It’s still in its early stages, but I’ve managed to get a few channels working. The goal is to integrate it seamlessly with Home Assistant so I can monitor and control my charger right from the dashboard. I’ve shared the source code on GitHub, and I’m hoping to get some feedback or help from the community as I continue to develop it. If anyone has experience with similar bindings or knows someone who does, I’d love to hear from you!

Both projects have been really rewarding, and I’m excited to see where they go. If anyone has any tips or suggestions, feel free to drop them in the comments. Happy tinkering everyone! :rocket:
