Hey everyone! I wanted to share a fun DIY project I did recently to customize an old frosty light decoration. It was a great way to add some festive flair to my home while also experimenting with some new tech. Here’s how I did it:
I started with an old frosty decoration that was lit up with a regular light bulb. Unfortunately, the bulb had burned out, and I wanted to give it a fresh new look. So, I decided to upgrade it using an RGBIC strip light. I coiled the strip around a pool noodle that I cut to fit inside the frosty from head to toe. It was a bit tricky to get the right length and positioning, but with some trial and error, it came out perfectly!
The end result was amazing! Frosty now has a customizable light display that I can control via my smartphone. It’s been a big hit in my home, and I love how it adds a unique touch to my holiday decorations. Plus, it was a fun project that combined my love for DIY and smart technology.
