Hey everyone! I’ve been brainstorming some cool DIY effects for my smart home setup, and I thought I’d share one of my ideas with you all. I’ve noticed that when using the ‘stack’ effect, it can sometimes feel a bit clunky because you have to go through the entire stack before you get to the effect you want. That’s why I came up with the idea of a ‘Dissolve’ effect!
The Dissolve effect would allow for a smooth transition between scenes or devices without having to cycle through a stack. Imagine being able to switch from one lighting scene to another with a seamless fade, or even integrating it with music and ambiance controls for a truly immersive experience. It’s all about making the transition feel more natural and less mechanical.
