Hey everyone! I’ve been experimenting with some DIY RGB lighting setups lately, and I wanted to share my experience. I came across the RGBIC PRO and decided to give it a try. It’s been a game-changer for my sleep routine!
I’ve always struggled with winding down at night, so I thought adjusting the color temperature of my lights might help. After some research, I set up a simple system using a smart LED strip connected to my phone via an app. The app allows me to gradually shift the light color from warm to cool throughout the day, which supposedly helps regulate my circadian rhythm.
Here’s what I did:
- Installed the LED strip in my bedroom
- Set up a daily schedule to change the color temperature
- Programmed a sunset simulation for bedtime
The results have been amazing! I feel more relaxed in the evenings and more energized in the mornings. Plus, the vibrant colors are a nice bonus during the day!
If anyone has tips or tricks for optimizing RGB lighting for sleep, I’d love to hear them! ![]()
