I’ve always been passionate about DIY smart home projects, and I’m thrilled to share my recent success with automating my blinds using Z-Wave technology! 
I purchased a motor from Misdar Shade and paired it with the Aeotec Z-Wave motor controller. After wiring everything up (with a little help from an electrician), I was able to seamlessly integrate it with my Vera Plus system. The satisfaction of seeing it all work together is indescribable! 
I’m now eyeing the Govee LED light strips for some festive holiday decorations and even considering creating a custom LED wall clock, as I’ve seen many community members suggest. Govee, if you’re reading this, please make it happen!
