Hello everyone! I wanted to share my recent DIY project and some insights on integrating smart lighting with cryptocurrency tracking. 
DIY Smart Lighting Setup
I recently set up a smart lighting system using Govee LED strips. The process was a bit challenging at first, but the end result is amazing! I used a Raspberry Pi to control the lights and integrated them with Home Assistant. The setup allows me to create custom scenes and automate the lights based on my routines. It’s been a great way to enhance the ambiance in my home, especially during movie nights! 
Crypto Profit Tracker Integration
Another project I’ve been working on is integrating a custom crypto profit tracker into my smart home setup. I created a Python script that aggregates data from multiple exchanges and displays the results in Home Assistant. This integration has been incredibly helpful for monitoring my investments without constantly switching between apps. The best part is that I can now view my crypto portfolio right on my phone or even on my smart display! 
Tips and Tricks
For anyone looking to DIY their own smart lighting setup, I recommend starting with a simple project like controlling a single light strip. Once you’re comfortable, you can gradually expand to more complex setups. Also, don’t forget to consider energy efficiency and the type of bulbs you use. LED strips are a great choice for both efficiency and brightness.
