When the Door and Window Sensor P2 was launched, the function that is on the Door and Window Sensor P1 to adjust the detection distance between the sensor and the magnet was supposed to come eventually. I can’t find any information about the status of that function on Help Feedback in the Aqara app or on Aqara’s websites. Are you going to launch a new device in the future with both Zigbee and Thread ?
Hi Stian, the custom functionalities of our first Matter sensors were indeed not released. The reason is, it appeared to be much more complicated than it first seemed. Currently, the feature is under evaluation, and we hope it will be released later.
