Door lock is not in real-time status

I have a couple door locks connected to a Hub M3, they are working.

Though they both keep saying it’s not in real time status because the Bluetooth isn’t connected. Why do you need Bluetooth connect with a hub?

Hi, what lock are you talking about? Have you connected the lock to the hub?

Yes, it’s connected to an M3 Hub.

What model of lock do you have? And what region is the Aqara Home app set to?

They’re the A100 model and am in Australia.
