Hi guys, I have installed via Ethernet cable the m3 hub and connected to it the ceiling light and smart lock u200. Everything works ok but I cannot connect lock to hub. It is showing me that I need to connect it via matter. After scanning the code in the lock I am getting the error (pic). Also in the home app, the lock is not responding somehow. It was when I added it. Anyone knows how to fix it?

I read it but it doesn’t seem to have my problem there. I will try to reset all the devices and add them again.

I was helped at one time by
1, I chose another channel Thread in Aqara.
2. I used a phone, not an iPhone, but an Android.

It has been sorted.
I didn’t have ipv6 turned on.
