everyone. I bought the Aqara door sensor a few months ago and it was working perfectly, but now it suddenly stopped responding. The app doesn’t register when I open or close the door anymore. The little LED still blinks when I open the door, so I think it has battery, but nothing happens in the app. I already tried removing the battery for a minute and putting it back, but same issue. Any ideas what could be wrong? Do I need to reset it somehow?

What door sensor is it exactly? Does it show offline in the app?

I have found that sometimes the original battery needs to be replaced on some sensors after a couple months, try that first.
