I’ve noticed that some of my door window sensors go off-line for some reason and then come back on their own. I have kind of stopped even looking at the warnings because they are almost daily and I know they are coming back but it is still troubling to know they are not always on duty.
Example message:
“Night Mode Abnormal reminder
Front Door My Home device is offline”
They are pared to an M3 hub running in LAN mode hardwired. Signal strengths show excellent and battery’s show normal. Any ideas why they are they doing this and how to stop it?
Hey @allank …. A weak or going offline mostly occurs with a low battery or a bad signal as you already mentioned. So I only can think about another electronically device which interferes the signal or a defective device
Is this the P2 door/window sensor? If yes, can you open the device page in the Aqara app, and then three dots > Network Information and tell me if you have “Router role” (and what’s the value of it)?
