Doorbell G4 Wired Connection Failing

I purchased two video doorbell G4 along with two transformers (exactly the same) to connect them with wires. One G4 works perfect, while the other doesn’t. I’ve tried it with three different transformers, all with the appropriate specifications, but nothing. It sometimes run for a few seconds, and then it stops.

I can use batteries, I know, but I want it to be wired, like the other one.

Any suggestions?

If an external power supply with inappropriate specifications is used, the circuit board of the doorbell may be damaged； you can open the back panel of the doorbell to confirm whether it is damaged.
