This doorbell is a total garbage!! You guys better fix all the bugs before releasing a product… this doorbell has brick my HomeKit setup I had to re install everything several times and this doorbell doesn’t record I have spend several hours with Apple support and the problem is this buggy doorbell firmware

Sometimes, starting over with the configuration can really help. Mine totally bricked, stopped recording, detecting, and ringing, but I redid all the settings, cleared out cloud videos, and somehow it just started working again. Didn’t even have to restart it!

If only product development were this easy. Beta testing helps uncover a lot of early bugs, but even then testing sample sizes may not fully represent all scenarios.
From this thread it seems there is a discovered issue in HomeKit that Apple is working with Aqara to fix.
