After installing the doorbell and turned on tampa proof All the alarms go off but it keeps on going and I can’t turn it off Unless I have to disable it again
The screw is turned all the way in and the case is on correctly
The screw isn’t the relevant part here; what matters is that the contact (marked with the red arrow in the picture) is being pressed. The backplate of the doorbell is supposed to press this contact. If the doorbell isn’t seated 100% correctly on the backplate, the pin won’t press the contact, and that’s likely why the alarm is going off.
