My doorbell keeps randomly going offline? All ultimate with fresh batteries in. Anyone got any ideas?

For me, my Doorbell G4 is far more responsive in the Apple Home app than in the Aqara app.
Opening the Home app, I tend to have a live feed within 3 seconds. But often the Aqara app takes 10 seconds to load the feed, but sometimes gets stuck displaying a single frame, and it gives errors that it’s offline far more often. I’m not sure why.
If you have Apple devices, try linking it to Apple Home, and if not, perhaps someone can give you advice in connecting it to another service.

Please make sure that the signal between the modules is good and the recommended distance between them, that the router coverage is sufficient to ensure high-quality communication between the device and the router.
