Doorbell Pro Livestream Issues at Work

Hey everyone, I’ve been really happy with my Wyze Doorbell Pro, but I’ve hit a snag that I can’t seem to figure out. I wanted to set it up so I can check the livestream from my workplace, but it’s just not working. Let me explain what’s going on. I have several Wyze cameras, including the Doorbell Pro, all connected to my home’s Eero mesh network. They all work perfectly at home, and I can access their livestreams without any issues. The problem arises when I try to connect to the Doorbell Pro’s livestream using my workplace’s WiFi. It’s a hospital network, so I assume there are some strict security settings in place. Here’s what I’ve noticed: - All other Wyze cameras connect fine via the 2.4GHz band on my phone. - The Doorbell Pro is on the 5GHz band. - Using cellular data on my Pixel 7 Pro, I can access the Doorbell Pro’s livestream without any issues. - When I switch back to the hospital WiFi, it just doesn’t work. It gets stuck on the first step of connecting. - Recorded events are accessible, but livestreaming isn’t. I’m a bit puzzled because the data seems to be handled the same way once it’s uploaded to Wyze’s servers. Why would the Doorbell Pro be different? Is there something about its livestream data that’s not compatible with certain networks? I’ve tried resetting the camera, checking the network settings, and ensuring all firmware is up to date. Nothing seems to help. I’m hoping someone here might have encountered a similar issue or knows a workaround. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.
