My timeline has stopped working. Continues recording is selected in settings,nothing has been changed in my settings. The timeline has always worked in the past. What is happening now, if zi scroll through the timeline it defaults back to the current time. If i select the playback feature it shows up to the point it stopped working on the 10th. I cannot select any other date after the 10th it is grayed out. I rebooted but that did not help. Everything else is working. Thank you. I have the 410
Hello, welcome to the forum. Perhaps the cloud storage time that was given as a bonus upon purchase (usually 1 month) has expired. The second option, I had this, there was no action for 24 hours (the day provided by the free service) and then the scale was not displayed. As soon as there was a movement (event), the video scale started working.
