After receiving my Christmas box, which included two separate smart switches, my mind immediately connected how amazing it would be to have two buttons on the same switch for easy control of basic functions like on and off. Unsurprisingly, Govee was one step ahead and already thought of the idea, so when the testing opportunity launched, I jumped on it really quickly in hopes I would be chosen.I’ve set my two switches to one of my favorite DIYs, the sunset glow scene, and another being my wife’s favorite—a DIY I named cyberskeleton, a combination of blues, purples, and pinks. This allowed me to set the switches to a level that felt just right for my daily use. The companion app also provided a wealth of customization options, letting me assign different scenes to each switch and even scheduling them to change throughout the day.Overall, I’m thrilled with how these dual smart switches have enhanced my smart home setup. They’ve added a new level of convenience and creativity to my home automation, and I can’t wait to explore more possibilities with them.
