I’ve been using the Android app for quite some time now, and it’s been a fantastic tool for managing my smart home setup. However, I recently encountered an issue where half of my dynamic icons stopped working. At first, I was a bit puzzled since everything had been working smoothly before. I decided to troubleshoot the problem step by step.
I started by checking the file privileges and mappings, but everything seemed to be in order. Restarting the app and clearing the app’s internal cache didn’t resolve the issue either. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the problem persisted.
After some time spent pondering, I remembered that sometimes clearing the system cache on the phone itself can help with such issues. I went into my phone’s settings, navigated to the storage section, and cleared the system cache. To my delight, the dynamic icons started working again!
