I just purchased two new E1 cameras. I was able to connect one of them to the Apple home app, but when I tried to connect to the Aqara app, I keep getting the error that the accessory is not supported. I did. What do I do?
Hello, welcome to the forum.
First, remove it from HomeKit. Then add it to Aqara home. After successfully adding it using the Aqara app, pair it with HomeKit.
